Peggy Mcadams
April 25, 1928 — May 31, 2008
She was born April 25, 1928 to Riley and Grace (Martin) Price in Elm Creek, Nebraska. She attended school in Elm Creek and graduated in 1946. She moved to Kearney, Nebraska and lived and worked there until she married Edgar George McAdams in Gothenburg, Nebraska.
She was a caregiver in many homes. Her positive attitude toward life will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband E.G. "Tiny" McAdams in 1982, three sisters and four brothers.
Survivors include a daughter Julie Ann (Dwayne) Malcom of Cozad Nebraska, two sons, Joel of North Platte, Nebraska and Jim and Terri of Gothenburg, Nebraska, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2, 2008 from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel in Gothenburg.
Graveside Funeral Services will be Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 10:30 AM at Fort McPherson National Cemetery, with Larry Viter officiating.
Interment will be at Fort McPherson National Cemetery at Maxwell, Nebraska.
