Patricia Ann Holm, 89, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died December 20, 2018 at Hilltop Estates.
Patricia Ann Holm was born in York, NE on May 16, 1929 to Mary (Cartwright) Fuller and Herman H. Fuller.
She graduated from York High School and attend York College for two years for a teaching certification. She taught in York County and then moved to Gothenburg with her husband John. She later finished her degree at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She taught rural schools for 12 years and substituted for 17 years in Dawson County.
She married John Holm in August of 1949, in 1950 they moved to Gothenburg, for John's teaching job. They celebrated 60 years of marriage in 2009.
They had four children - Nancy, Judy, James and John B.
She enjoyed her friends and family. She read, quilted, knitted, and crocheted, she also loved flowers, gardens and lawn work. She enjoyed making things for all the family.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and PEO. She lived a good life with no regrets.
Surviving her are her children Nancy (Donn) Loy, Judy (John) McKee, James (Starla) Holm and John "Jack" B. (Penny) Holm, sister Sandra Spencer, 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers Bob and James, a sister, Betty, and a sister-in-law, Dorothy.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be given to the Gothenburg Library.
