Mary Lucille Bodfield, 52, of Beaver City, passed away on June 26, 2009 at her home after a long battle with cancer.
She was born on July 15, 1956 to Edwin Imler and Anita (Welch) Stickelman at Gothenburg, NE. She attended school at Brady. She grew up in Brady and Gothenburg. On March 26, 1971 she married Larry Bodfield at Cheyenne, WY. To this union four children were born: Rebecca, Angie, Michael and Michelle. Mary and Larry lived in Beaver City, Nebraska.
She enjoyed quilting, Yatzee, boating, fishing, her family, friends and grandkids, and numerous hobbies.
Mary is survived by her loving spouse, Larry of 38 years, children: Rebecca (Terry) Scott of North Platte, NE, Angie (Rodney) Mason of Gothenburg, NE, Mike (Krista) Bodfield of Cozad, NE; Michelle Putzier of Grand Island, NE; brothers - Walter (Lorraine) Imler of Hershey, NE, Ira (Rose) Imler of Cortez, CO; sisters - Alice (Mitch) Golter of Gothenburg, NE, Rhonda Imler of Gothenburg; grandchildren - Joseph Lemburg, Josiah Scott, Jacob Scott, Alexander Scott, Terrill Scott Jr, Amber Scott, Austin Douglas, Issac Bodfield, Trevor Bodfield, Amanda Scott, Casie Mason, Kristina Mason, Keisha Glendening, Jaylynn Bodfield, Sydney Putzier, Preszly Putzier; her mother Anita Stickelman of Gothenburg, grandmother Lucille Damerell of Salem, OR, father-in-law Fred Moore of Gothenburg, NE; sister-in-law Jackie Bodfield of Gothenburg, brother-in-law Joe (Mandy) Moore of Gothenburg, along with many nieces and nephews.
