Karen Ludwig

Karen (Aden) Mannon Ludwig, 70, of Gothenburg, passed away on February 18, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.
Karen was born on January 28, 1939 to Arthur & Hannah Aden at Gothenburg. She attended schools at Gothenburg and graduated from Gothenburg High School.
Karen was baptized at Christ Lutheran Church and was a member of the American Lutheran Church, she was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was a past member of the Eastern Star.
Karen married Carroll F. Mannon on October 14, 1956 to this union, three children were born: Deb, Troy, and Todd.
Karen was most recently living in Gothenburg; she also had lived in North Platte and Lincoln. She enjoyed spending time at the lake, gardening, sewing, and quilting. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her grandchildren.
Karen was preceded in death by her husband Carroll Mannon; her parents Art & Hannah, sister-in-law Maxine Shively, brother-in-law Kenneth Bauman.
Survivors include: her daughter Deb Gokie; two sons Troy (Yvette) Mannon and Todd (fiancé©e Pam Hongsermeier) Mannon; her special friend and companion Kelly Dorscher; three brothers Keith (Carol) Aden, Roger (Shirley) Aden, Rodney (Arlene) Aden; four grandchildren Kristin (Brad) Seier; Justin Gokie; Mercedes Mannon and Matthew Mannon.
