Johnny Dishman

Johnny Dishman, 58, of North Platte, Nebraska, died August 3, 2020 in North Platte, NE.

He was born September 30, 1961 in Gothenburg, NE, son of Henry and Patsy Dishman. John grew up in Gothenburg and attended school in Gothenburg. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and his tattoos. Johnny loved spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents Henry and Patsy Dishman of Gothenburg, two sons, Kevin (Maria) Sabin of Cozad, NE, and Derrick Brown of Lexington, NE; grandchildren, Dennis Sabin, Destiny Sabin, Gabriel Forrest, and Blake Sabin, sister, Susan (Frank) Meyers of Gothenburg; brother, Robert (Carol) Dishman of Plattsmouth, NE; niece, Amy (Daniel) Wenger and their children Jordan, Haley, Taylor and Cameron, nephew, Joshua Meyers and his daughter Emma, niece, Mindy (Riley) Ross and their children Reagan, Ryder, Rachel and Roby, niece, Molly (Tyler) Helmick and their children Lillian, Adaline, and Emilia, niece, Sarah (Matthew) Bashus and their children Mackenzie and Paisley, along with many extended family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 2:00 pm with Larry Viter officiating.

Private family burial was held in the Gothenburg Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the family for later designation.
