John Patrick Max, 40, of Cozad, passed away on October 3, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE.
He was born July 4, 1969 to Jimmie and Della (Pollat) Max at North Platte, NE. He grew up on a farm near Brady, NE. He attended school and graduated from North Platte.
John moved to Cozad in 1995. He worked for South Central Developmental Services since that time.
He enjoyed country music, attending concerts, bird watching, fishing and bingo. He especially enjoyed meeting people and has many friends who will miss him.
John is survived by his brother - James Max of Omaha, NE; sisters; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie and Della Louise Max.
