Isaac Auld

Isaac Lee Auld, 43, of Lincoln, Nebraska, died December 14, 2020 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Isaac was born April 5, 1977 in North Platte, NE, to Robert and Sharon (Schulz) Auld.  He grew up and attended school in Gothenburg, and graduated in 1996 from Gothenburg High School.  After graduation Isaac joined the United States Navy and served from 1996-2000.

After serving in the Navy, Isaac lived in Blythe, CA until 2008 when he moved to Geneva, NE.  In 2016 Isaac moved to Lincoln where he was currently living.  Isaac worked as a truck driver and drove for various companies over the years.

Isaac married his wife, Amber Honeycutt on October 22, 2019 in Lincoln, NE.

Isaac's pride and joy were his children, he loved raising his family and watching them grow up.  In his free time he enjoyed golfing and bass fishing.

Survivors include wife, Amber Auld of Lincoln, NE, three daughters, Kaydee and Mia Auld of Millard, NE Audrina Auld of Lincoln, NE;  three sons, Lance and Riley Auld of Millard, NE, Vince Auld of Simi Valley, CA; mother, Sharon Auld of Gothenburg, NE; three sisters, Sadie Auld of York, NE, Emily Rumery, Josie Auld; ex-wife Cynthia,  mother of Lance, Kaydee, Riley and Mia, and  Uncle Bill Auld of Gothenburg, Aunts Jan Kauffman of Gothenburg and JoAnne Gorsuch of Salida, CO, and his cousins.

Isaac was preceded in death by father, Robert (Bob) Auld, son, Robert Isaac Auld, grandmother, Eunice Auld, grandfather, Joe Auld, grandfather, Milton Schulz.

Visitation will be held at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, Gothenburg, NE; Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 2:00-5:00 pm.

Private family services will be held at Fort McPherson National Cemetery, December 21, 2020.

Burial will follow in the Fort McPherson National Cemetery, Maxwell, NE.

Memorials may be given to the family to help with funeral costs.
