Franklin Daub, 59, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died March 22, 2018 in Gothenburg, NE.
He was born October 3, 1958 in Riffle, CO, son of Allan and Susan (Mudick) Daub. Frank's father was employed by the RioGrande Railroad and the family moved often thru out Colorado as a result of his father's job. Frank worked at Henderson Mine in Empire Colorado for several years. After his stint in the mines, he worked in construction and was known as the "Handy Man". Frankie was married to Karrie Sellki and they had 2 children - Amiee and Brian. Later his son Allen was born to Jena Cottier. He loved vintage cars, dancing, music, camping and spending time with his family. Frankie moved to Gothenburg in 2005 to be close to his parents. He was a member of the American Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his father Allan Daub of Gothenburg; his sisters Constance and Catherine; his children: Amiee, Brian, Allan; grandson Sammy, many extended family including aunts, uncles and cousins.
Frankie was preceded in death by mother, Susan Daub, grandparents, Frank and Mary Mudick and Roy and Esther Daub.
Visitation will be held at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, Gothenburg, Nebraska; Thursday, April 19 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel.
Funeral Services will be held at the American Lutheran Church, 1512 Avenue G, Gothenburg, NE 69138 on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM. .
Interment will follow in the Gothenburg Cemetery.
