Dwight Riggs

Dwight Riggs, 71, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died September 29, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Cozad, NE.
He was born March 25, 1945 in Garden City, KS, son of Dwight Riggs and Doris (Tridle) Riggs.
For many years, Dwight owned his own body shop in Gothenburg with his brother Leonard. They did custom modifications on classic cars. He enjoyed drag races, demolition derbys and anything to do with cars. He spent many hours fishing. He enjoyed meeting with his friends for coffee at Time Saver every day.
Dwight was preceded in death by father, Dwight Riggs, mother, Doris Riggs, brother, Leonard P Riggs.
Survivors include numerous cousins, his coffee friends and his car buddies.
Graveside services will be held at 3:30 PM, on Monday, October 3, 2016 at Fairview Cemetery, Cambridge, Nebraska.
Memorials may be directed to Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, 620 Tenth Street, Gothenburg, to help with funeral expenses.
