Douglas Horn

Douglas L. Horn, 66, of Curtis, NE, died June 22, 2024 from a motor vehicle accident. 

He was born April 28, 1958 in Alma, NE, son of Robert L. and Margaret Sue Horn. Doug attended school in Palisade, NE where he grew up. He went on to get a bachelors degree in English with a minor in film production from the University of Nebraska. 

Doug had an ear for music and enjoyed collecting HiFi Audio Equipment. As Doug's interests in the Audio World grew he broke ground with the "Blackbone Studio" This is where you would find Doug doing what Doug loved to do. Listening to music and writing or building and testing some of the finest HiFi equipment out there. Most importantly he loved spending time with his dogs, they were inseparable Doug was deeply loved and he will be greatly missed.

Doug was preceded in death by wife, Jan Marie Horn, parents, Robert L. and Margaret Sue Horn.

Memorials may be given to the family for later designation.
