He was born December 9, 1985, in Gothenburg to Robert and Barbara (Mak) Hicken. He graduated in 2004 from Gothenburg High School and attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He worked as a Med Aide at Home Sharon for Mosaic in Axtell until this day. He enjoyed working with the special people who lived there and touched many of their lives.
