Bev Rollenhagen

Bev was born March 27, 1967, in Lexington, Nebraska, to Hugh (Pete), Jr. and Nancy Lee (Price) Jorgensen. She graduated from Lexington High School and attended Mid-Plains Community College. Bev grew up in the Lexington area and lived in various communities around the state but settled in Curtis in 1998.

Bev married Scott Rollenhagen on January 1, 2005 at the United Methodist Church in Curtis.

Bev was a member of NSNA and of NSSNA, serving on the legislative board and the Breakthrough Chair and was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Bev enjoyed her kids and spending time with her family, camping, and spending lazy- rainy days cuddled on the couch.

Bev is survived by her husband, Franklin Scott Rollenhagen of Curtis, Nebraska, a daughter: Rebecca Watkins of Lincoln, sons: Jeremy (Mary) Jones of Grand Island; Brian (Emily) Watkins of Hays, KS; Mike Jones and Jessica Thompson of Kearney; James Watkins of Hays, KS; Andy Jones of North Platte; Brett Jones of Curtis; and Kris Main of Hays, KS; two grandchildren Justice and Kaylee, sisters: Candy Jones of Curtis; and Edith Huffman of Driggs, Idaho; an aunt, Bonnie and Larry LaMay of Bellevue and three nieces.

Beverly is preceded in death by her Grandparents, Parents and cousin Doug LaMay.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 16, 2008, from 2-8 pm, at Blase-Wetzel-Strauser Memorial Chapel in Curtis, Nebraska.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 17, 2008 at the Untied Methodist Church, with Lana Fong officiating.

Burial will take place in the Curtis Cemetery, Curtis, NE.
