Anne M. Tripp, 46, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died December 23, 2010 in Gothenburg, NE following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born November 2, 1964 in Oakland, CA. She grew up in Kearney, NE and attended schools there, graduating from Kearney Senior High. She moved to Lincoln and lived there from 1987-2002. She married Russell Tripp on September 29, 1990 at Capital Christian Church in Lincoln, NE. Anne and Russ served on the Youth Ministry Team at Capital Christian Church where they attended. In 2002 Anne and her family moved to Gothenburg. She was a member of the Victory Assembly of God Church, where she loved to worship her Lord, and the Victory Women's Bible Study Group. Her children and family were her passion. Anne always loved having a full house of children. Anne always said the door is open and the coffee pot is on. She liked to can pickles and compete in the State Fair with them. She always enjoyed spending time in her garden.
Surviving are husband, Russell Tripp of Gothenburg, NE; three sons, Jeremiah, Noah and Levi Tripp, daughter, Emma Tripp; mother Sheri Dahlin; brothers, Dale Dahlin, Jeff Jelinek, and Jay Jelinek; sisters, Jill Jewell and Jasi Jelinek; brothers-in-law, Tony Tripp, and Randy Tripp, sisters-in-law, Leesa Shumaker, and Tammy Abbott; along with a host of extended family and friends.
Anne was preceded in death by parents, Donald and LaVerna Dahlin.
